Set up log exports to BigQuery
Folgo for Google Chat is an AI-powered chat app that facilitates the use of Google Drive event logs stored in BigQuery for your Google Workspace domain. If someone has a question about any activities in Google Drive (e.g., "Has any external user been given access to content in this Shared Drive recently?"), they can simply ask the question via chat and will only receive answers based on the content they have access to. Folgo will check their access in Google Drive, translate their question into an SQL query, and retrieve the relevant information from BigQuery.
For the successful implementation of this process, it is imperative that the service log exports to BigQuery have been properly configured on your Google Workspace domain.
This feature is supported on various Google Workspace editions, including Frontline Standard, Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Plus, Education Standard and Education Plus, as well as Enterprise Essentials Plus.
This informative article provides detailed instructions on how to set up the aforementioned configuration.
