Handling Large Volumes of Google Drive Data with Folgo

When it comes to managing and generating listings for large volumes of data on Google Drive, many of our users have questions about the capabilities of Folgo, especially in cases involving terabytes of data. We're here to clarify these concerns and provide guidance on how Folgo can help.

Can Folgo Handle Large Volumes of Data?

Folgo is designed to efficiently manage and analyze data on Google Drive. One of the key features, "Inspect & Analyze a Folder", enables users to create detailed Sheets reports of folder partitions. These reports include valuable metadata such as titles, IDs, URLs, types, locations, paths, owners, editors, commenters, viewers, shared outsides, creation dates, last modifying dates, and last update dates.

However, it's important to note that Folgo's capability is not solely dependent on the total volume of data (e.g., in terabytes) but rather on the number of files and folders. Folgo can effectively work on up to 400,000 files/folders, which corresponds to one full shared drive. This capacity should accommodate most users' needs, even those with substantial amounts of data.

What If I Have More Than 400,000 Files?

If your needs exceed this limit, we recommend breaking down the process into smaller segments or directly contacting Folgo's support team for personalized assistance. Our team is always ready to help you find the best solution for managing and analyzing your Google Drive data, regardless of its size.

It will be possible all drives, and no mater what, you will receive an email with the number of files and folders. But we won't be able to create a report since we process everything on a spreadsheet that is limited in size.

For further inquiries or assistance, please reach out to Folgo's support team through our Help Center. We are committed to providing the support you need to efficiently manage your data on Google Drive.
