Folgo job not starting: template access issues
The following steps need to be performed by a Google Workspace administrator on your domain.
Every action in Folgo starts with the creation of a spreadsheet in your Google Drive to list all files and folders linked to the requested action (an audit, a copy, a move, a renaming, etc.). This spreadsheet is automatically created by Folgo by making a copy of a template hosted on Folgo's main Google Workspace domain: scriptit.fr.
If you are experiencing issues starting a job in Folgo, it may be due to restrictions in your Google Workspace domain preventing you from making copies of our spreadsheet templates.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps to allowlist our domain:
- In your Google Admin console (at admin.google.com).
- Go to Menu Account > Domains > Allowlisted domains. This requires having the Domain settings administrator privilege.
- Click Add domain.

- Enter "scriptit.fr".
- Click Add.
- Click Save.

Once you have added our domain to the allowlist, you should be able to open our spreadsheet template here: Folgo Template and make a copy of it.
After confirming access to the template, Folgo should be ready to work for you.
