How to cancel a Folgo job?

Overview

This guide describes options for removing a migration job or preventing it from completing. Depending on whether the task is still queued or already under way, you have two possible approaches.

Remove a Queued Job

If you created a migration but the task is still waiting to start, simply delete it from the queue. This ensures it will not proceed further.

Block a Task in Progress

Once the process has begun, there is no direct way to terminate the migration. However, you can prevent it from finishing by removing the spreadsheet that Folgo relies on:

Locate the associated spreadsheet for the job.
Delete it from your Google Drive.
Empty your Drive bin to make sure the file is fully removed.

Once Folgo cannot access the file, the migration fails. You can then remove it from your job history.
