How to use promo codes & discounts?

Introduction

From time to time, we run special promotions on Folgo licenses. These offers give you access to discounted pricing for a limited period.

This article explains how promotions work, how to use a discount code, and what to expect.

How you’ll hear about promotions

When a promotion is live, we share it through different channels so you don’t miss it. This can include automated emails if you’re subscribed, notifications directly in the interface, chatbot messages or pop-ups on the website, or even a quick mention from our support team during a conversation.

What information is included

Each message includes the key details of the offer so you can easily understand how to benefit from it. For every promotion, you’ll typically see:

• The discount amount (for example, 30% off)
• The validity period (start and end date)
• The type of licenses (monthly, yearly, or both)
• The coupon code to use at checkout

Make sure to check the expiration date, as discounts are only valid for a limited time.

How to use a promotion code

To redeem your discount:

• Go to the pricing page
• Select the license
• Proceed to checkout
• Click on “Add promotion code”
• Enter your code
• The discount is applied instantly

How often do you run promotions?

We run promotions occasionally throughout the year. They are limited-time offers and are not always available.
