Monitor Folgo usage: Domain Activity Dashboard

As an administrator, it is advantageous to monitor Folgo usage on your Google Workspace domain. The Domain Activity Dashboard allows for more effective tracking of user activity within Folgo over a specific timeframe, providing valuable insight into their actions.

This functionality proves particularly valuable when utilizing Folgo as an integral component of a critical project aimed at reorganizing Google Drive data within your domain. For instance, in cases where multiple individuals are responsible for content migration to Shared Drives, this tool enables you to closely monitor the progress of each migration.

Access the Domain Activity Dashboard

To monitor Folgo activity on your domain, open Folgo from Google Drive and click on the "Admin Tasks" button.

Then, in the Admin Tasks section, click on the "Domain Logs" button. It will open a Looker Studio dashboard displaying your domain activity.

Get access to raw logs in Google BigQuery

The Folgo Domain Activity Dashboard is constructed using Looker Studio and relies on data stored within Google BigQuery. Should you require a comprehensive export of all activity pertaining to your domain, we kindly ask you to reach out to our support team. They will facilitate access to a BigQuery view that contains all the pertinent data for your domain.

Get access to any spreadsheet report created by Folgo

The Domain Activity Dashboard presents a comprehensive list of all Folgo jobs executed by both administrators and end users. Each Folgo job, be it a copy, ownership transfer, audit, or any other type, triggers the automatic creation of a corresponding Google Sheet. The dashboard conveniently provides a link to each spreadsheet for easy access. However, by default, these spreadsheets are restricted to the individual who initiated the Folgo job. If you require access to a particular spreadsheet, you can make use of our "Grant File Access" feature, conveniently located within the "Admin Tasks" section.
