Delete Content from a Spreadsheet
As an administrator, you can easily delete files from your organization's storage using a spreadsheet. This approach allows you to manage and remove multiple files in bulk, saving time and effort compared to manual deletion.

Deleting files from a spreadsheet simplifies the process of managing large volumes of content within your organization. This method is particularly useful when you need to clean up unnecessary or outdated files across multiple folders.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
- Admin tasks: Admin tasks must be set up on Folgo.
- Administrative Access: You must have admin privileges on Folgo.
Steps to Delete Content Using a Spreadsheet:
Prepare the Spreadsheet
The admin must fill in the spreadsheet with the following columns:
- File ID: Enter the ID of the file to be deleted.
- File Owner's Email: Enter the email of the file's owner.
- Initiate the Deletion
- Once the spreadsheet is uploaded and permissions are verified, Folgo will proceed with deleting the specified files.
